Chávez vuelve al sur/ Chaves back to the south

Las líneas geopolíticas regionales estratégicas de la revolución para la etapa que se inició en diciembre del año 2006 (Proyecto Nacional Simón Bolívar-Socialismo del Siglo XXI) tienen como metas: a) participar en la construcción de un "nuevo" Mercosur; b) consolidar el "eje de liderazgo" Cuba-Venezuela-Bolivia para afianzar el ALBA; c) darle vida a la Comunidad Suramericana de Naciones, y, d) fortalecer la alianza entre Venezuela, América del Sur y el Caribe.
