El presidente venezolano Hugo Chávez se apresta a iniciar el lunes en Argentina un gira regional que lo llevará también a Uruguay, Bolivia y Ecuador, países donde firmará acuerdos energéticos y comerciales....Fuentes gubernamentales argentinas adelantaron que Chávez será recibido por el presidente Néstor Kirchner y firmará la compra de una nueva serie de bonos del Estado argentino por 1.000 millones de dólares.
