Venezuela ofrece al Caribe Tratado de Seguridad Energética/ Venezuela offers to the Caribbean a Power Security Treaty

Venezuela propuso a los 14 países adscritos a Petrocaribe la firma del rebautizado Tratado de Seguridad Energética que había ofrecido el Presidente Chávez a las naciones vecinas durante la gira que culminó ayer. Este documento fue presentado por primera vez durante la I Cumbre Energética Suramericana, realizada en abril en Margarita, y ahora se extiende a las naciones beneficiarias de la iniciativa caribeña ( información completa)/ Venezuela proposed to the 14 members countries of Petrocaribe to sign the red-baptize Power Security Treaty that was offered by president Chávez to the neighboring nations during his last tour that ended yesterday. This document was presented for the first time during the I South American Power Summit, held in April in Margarita Islan, and now it will covert all the nations beneficiaries of the Caribbean initiative
