Una mayoría del 61,1 por ciento de los venezolanos estarían decididos a votar en contra de la reforma constitucional, si ella permite mantener a Chávez continuadamente en el poder, limita la propiedad privada, elimina estados y municipios y traspasa al gobierno la educación de los niños.
