Francisco de Miranda el lunes 28 entre las 9:00pm y 11:00pm, disparar en contra de manifestantes y la Policía Metropolitana disparando perdigones por la espalda y a corta distancia contra civiles que buscaban cubrirse en edificios cercanos.
