Citgo Petroleum Corporation, the subsidiary of state-run oil holding Petróleos de Venezuela (Pdvsa) based in the United States, agreed on Wednesday to sell two asphalt refineries located in Paulsboro, New Jersey, and Savannah, Georgia, to company NuStar Asphalt Refininig LLC.
