El presidente de Venezuela dialogó con Clarín durante la Cumbre Sudamericana. Explicó por qué hace un uso geoestratégico del petróleo, cómo lo vuelca en su política interna y cómo será la reforma agraria. En cuanto al uso del petroleo en las relaciones internacionales dijo que "En Venezuela tenemos una fuerte carta petrolera para jugar en el tablero geopolítico y la vamos a jugar claramente en los procesos de integración regional.... (y)... duro contra los más rudos del mundo: los Estados Unido"(entrevista)./"We have a strong oil card to play", said the president of Venezuela in a dialog with El Clarín de Argentina during the South American Summit. He explained why he makes geostrategic use of petroleum, how he overturns it in his domestic policy and how agrarian reform will be. In relation to the use of oil in international relations he said: "In Venezuela we have a strong oil card to play in the geopolitical arena and we are going to play it clearly in the processes of regional integration.... (and we)... will play hard with the strongest power of the world: the States United.
