A Gas Pipedream/Gas Ilusorio

The Venezuelan Government, with the support of Repsol, continues feeding exaggerated expectations regarding the free natural gas field, Perla 1X, recently discovered in the eastern part of the Gulf of Venezuela off the Paraguaná Peninsula.
