Uso de dinero público, ventajismo descarado, violación de normas de propaganda y financiamiento, amenaza a los empleados públicos, inhabilitación de candidatos de oposición con opción de triunfo, apertura de juicios contra opositores para encarcelarlos o provocar su salida del país, uso de las fuerzas militares y públicas para concretar el abuso, compra de votos, creación de mecanismos engorrosos e inútiles, aunque rentables para algunos, para entorpecer el voto. Mantener el registro electoral como un secreto de Miraflores, crear votantes flotantes, legislar para eternizar la trampa y el ventajismo, crear circuitos de votantes según los números y posibilidades, obstaculizar las auditorias, lanzar a los malandros militantes asalariados a la calle a golpear y hostigar al votante opositor.
