Last week, the Bono Soberano Internacional Amortizable 2022 was put onto the market. This is a debt issue for $3 billion with an extremely high coupon of 12.5% per year that was offered at 100% of its nominal value to be paid in bolivars at an exchange rate of Bs.F.4.30:$. By Friday, August 13, the Central Bank had received firm purchase orders amounting to more than $9.22 billion, and on Monday 16, it announced the award of the entire issue. Se ofreció al 100% de su valor nominal, para ser pagado en bolívares al cambio de Bs.F.4.30:$. Para el viernes 13 de agosto, el BCV había recibido órdenes firmes de compra por más de $9,22 millardos. Y, el lunes 16, el instituto emisor anunció la adjudicación de la totalidad de la emisión.
