Chavez sends in Carrizales to sort out serious problems in Apure State/ El gobernador soy yo

President Chavez has brought back former Executive Vice President to public office, Ramon Carrizales, appointing him to act as Apure State general secretary. Chavez admitted that problems in the far-off State between the State Governor and United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) had gone far enough.
