Venezuelan government hinders voters' registration at consulates/ Gobierno pone trabas para inscripción electoral en los consulados

Alberto Pérez, a member of opposition political party Voluntad Popular (People's Will), and Virginia Linares, a member of opposition political party Primero Justicia (Justice First), who are representatives of the opposition umbrella group Democratic Unified Panel (MUD) in Madrid, were among the main speakers.
