The Venezuelan opposition candidates vying to challenge the re-election bid of President Hugo Chavez Monday said the government has failed to tackle rampant crime, mismanaged the economy and undermined the country's courts. The presidential hopefuls were taking part in a televised debate and though ostensibly competing among themselves, turned their attacks on the ruling regime.
