Venezuela Should Follow the Example Given by the UCV/ El Ejemplo que la UCV Dio

Like all those who have set up dictatorial regimes in their countries, Hugo Chávez has been trying for the past 13 years to undermine the autonomy of Venezuela’s universities in order to replace them with universities controlled by the government and where the “socialist values” of future professionals will be reinforced.
