En los últimos 20 meses se incorporaron al Registro Electoral (RE) 391.147 extranjeros naturalizados, al momento de obtener su documento de identidad. La mayoría de ellos en los municipios de estados con alta incidencia electoral, donde la alianza de partidos oficialistas no posee ventaja. De la misma forma, 2.746.044 venezolanos se incorporaron al RE. Según denuncia la vicepresidenta del Consejo Nacional Electoral (CNE), esto se realiza sin la verificación de los datos aportados para obtener el documento de identificación y solicitar el ingreso al Registro. Además, no presentan soportes de su dirección de habitación, lo que impide corroborar su correcta ubicación en los circuitos electorales. Por esto y por la desconcentración los centros de votación que han "mudado" a 3.342.139 votantes se desconocen los datos de habitación de 6.088.183 votantes.La existencia de estos nuevos votantes no pudieron ser contestadas por la oposición por las "constantes violaciones" del CNE a la normativa electoral. During the last 20 months 391.147 naturalized people were incorporated to Electoral Registry (ER), and at the same time they obtained their identity card. Most of these incorporation took place in municipalities of states with high electoral incidence. There, pro-governmental alliance parties do not have advantage. In the same way, 2.746.044 Venezuelans were incorporated to ER.
