El gobierno brasileño le advirtió a Venezuela que si el país pretende entrar al Mercosur debe aceptar las reglas existentes en el bloque, luego de que el presidente venezolano, Hugo Chávez, que no asistirá a la cumbre de Asunción esta semana, señalara no estar interesado en el "viejo" proceso de integración.
