During an interview released by the Voice of America, the Congressman( Eliot Engel, Chairman of the Subcommittee on the Western Hemisphere, US House of Representatives) said last week that the Venezuelan president "seems to be running Venezuela more and more like a dictatorship." "Venezuela has the worst crime rate in South America, the highest inflation rate in South America, more unemployment, more poverty in South America. This is a country which has vast oil reserves. They should be the richest in South America.
