The disease of socialism /La enfermedad del socialismo

FOREIGN policy discussions over the past couple years have unfortunately focused more than anything on a single issue: Iraq. Whatever your opinions on the situation there and what should be done about it, however, you will no doubt agree from the experience that it is better to effectively deal with a problem sooner rather than later.
